Smoking is not permitted.
Upon acceptance of a booking, a quote will be generated, and a rental agreement along with a security deposit will be required. Please note that the quote expires after 24 hours, and this may affect availability or result in rate changes.

Avoid surprises by looking over these important details about your Host's property.
Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock.
The Hot tub is located on the lower patio. It should remained covered at all times when not in use. There is no security gate around the hot tub.
Nearby lake, river, other body of water.
This is a lake front home.
Security camera/recording device
There are exterior cameras for security purposes. Tampering with the cameras is strictly prohibited. Please be advised that our security cameras are actively recording and monitored on an as-needed basis for the safety and well-being of our guests and property.
Carbon monoxide alarm installed.
Smoke alarm installed.

Must climb stairs
One flight of stairs inside and one flight outside.
Amenity limitations
With capacity of 14 guests, showering, laundry and using the dishwasher may need to be staggered to ensure everyone has a nice hot shower.
Cancellation policy
Before you book, make sure you're comfortable with the cancellation policy. Keep in mind that our policy doesn't cover cancellations due to illness or travel disruptions caused by COVID-19. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment should any unforeseen circumstances arise.
*Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
*Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
*For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
